Whether you feel the need to improve the strength or flexibility of your physical body or you are looking for a way to feel more relaxed or better about yourself, private sessions are very beneficial.
In the comfort of your own home or office we can look at how I can take care of you in a way that is tailored to your individual needs. Working one-on-one is an affirmation that you value yourself. It is extremely time efficient as there is no travel involved. Since you are the only student, progress can be quite rapid.
